The .CO.UK/.UK registry is different from most other registries, and an order will not go through unless they can verify your physical address. They cannot verify any British postal code that does not have a space in it.  If the order is failing, usually you will need to correct the address, then place the order again. To do so:

  1. Log into your Name.com account
  2. Click on the User icon (user-icon.png), located at the top right, open the drop down menu and click Settings then select Default Account Contacts.
  3. Update the contact information that you wish to change, check the boxes for each section of the contact details you want to update, click Update.

Once you have added the space to the contacts and verified the change, please try the order again and it should go through.
