Pay-By-Link Terms

These Pay-By-Link Terms ("Terms") govern your use of Name.com’s Pay-By-Link Service, defined below. In these Terms "you" and "your" refer to you and the registrant listed in the WHOIS/Registration Data Directory Service (“RDDS”) contact information for the domain name and the individual or entity using the Pay-By-Link Service (if different from the registrant). "We," "us," and "our" refer to Name.com, Inc. and our affiliates. The Pay-By-Link Service enables Name.com customers or their authorized representative to complete a payment online for Name.com Services using a unique and secure link sent by Name.com. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same respective meanings given to them in the Registration Agreement.

By using Name.com’s Pay-By-Link Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms, which govern your use of the Pay-By-Link Service:

• Registration Agreement and Additional Registry Requirements (for Name.com customers)
• Privacy Policy

In addition:

1. By clicking on the payment link, you authorize Name.com and its third-party payment processor to process your payment via your selected method.
2. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. By using the Pay-by-link Service, you agree to their terms and conditions.
3. The Pay-By-Link Service is offered as a one-time courtesy at Name.com's sole discretion. Provision of the Pay-By-Link Service in the past does not obligate Name.com to offer it to customers in the future.
4. The payment link you receive is for one-time use only and will expire once the payment is completed or after five business days, whichever is earlier.
5. You agree not to use the Pay-by-link Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
6. Name.com may reject, terminate or suspend the Pay-By-Link Service immediately and freeze the related Account and all associated funds, without notice, if we cannot confirm that you or your payment information are not a Sanctioned Person to whom we are prohibited by law from providing the Pay-By-Link Service.
7. All payments made through the Pay-by-link Service are final and non-refundable, notwithstanding the Refund Policy.
8. Payment through the Pay-By-Link Service does not, by itself, grant you any ownership rights or control over the associated Account. You acknowledge that using the Pay-By-Link Service is solely for the purpose of making a payment and does not confer any rights to manage, access, or transfer the domain name or associated Account. All Account management and control remain subject to the terms of the Registration Agreement and all applicable Name.com policies.
9. Name.com may suspend or terminate the Pay-by-link Service at its sole discretion and without notice.
10. Name.com can amend these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion.
