Get Email Notifications for Low Account Credit Balance

If you are enrolled in the API Reseller Program you can choose to receive and email notification when your account credit balance falls below a specific threshold. This will help you avoid order failures due to insufficient funds available in your account credit.
To enable the notifications follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Reseller Dashboard at name.com/account/reseller
- Under Quick Links , click on "Manage Email Notifications"
- Add an Email Address where you would like to receive the notifications
- Check the box next to "Send Low-Balance Email Notifications"
- Select a threshold for when you want to receive the email notifications.
That's it! Every time you place an order that uses your Account Credit as a payment type, we'll check your Account Credit balance and if it falls below the threshold you've selected you'll get an email letting you know that your Account Credit balance is getting low.
You can add additional funds to your Account Credit at any time from your Account Credit page at name.com/account/credit.
