Setting up Name.com email on your Android device

To set up your Android device to retrieve emails from your Name.com email account, follow these steps:
- Open your Email client on your Android device.
- Click the Menu on the top left of the application.
- Click Manage Accounts.
- Click the '+' plus sign to add a new account.
- Click Others.
- Enter your Name.com email address.
- Click Manual Setup.
- Select account type for either POP3 or IMAP.
- Apply your Name.com email account's password and click Next.
- For the Incoming Server Settings please enter the following information:
- Username: Your Name.com email address
- Authentication: Your Name.com email password
- Server: mail.name.com

Port:
- If you are using non-secure settings, use this information:
- The incoming port should be 143 (IMAP) or 110 (POP3) and leave Security Type as none.
- If you are using secure settings, use this information:
- The incoming port should be 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3) and leave security as SSL.
11. Click Next.
12. For the Outgoing Server Settings please enter the following information:
- SMTP Server: mail.name.com

- If you are using non-secure settings, use this information:
- The outgoing port should be 25 or 80, and leave Security Type as none.
- If you are using secure settings, use this information:
- The outgoing port should be 587 or 465, and change the Security Type to SSL.
- Check Require Signin
- Authentication: Your Name.com email password.
13. Click Next.
14. Customize your Account Options with your preferences.
15. Click Next.
16. Give your email account a name if necessary, then click Next.
Note: If testing is unsuccessful, make sure the username is your complete email address, and that your password is correct before trying again.
